How much will it be?
Depending on the item, it will either have a 1.9 markup or a 2.0 markup. Flat pack furniture and small items receive the 1.9 markup while bulkier items like couches and preassembled furniture receive the 2.0. We will distinguish this in your quote.
What about customs duty and shipping costs?
The quote we give you includes everything! There are NO HIDDEN FEES.
How do I know when my order has arrived?
We will call you when your item arrives and we see it on the container. Please note once we call you, you have 3 business days to collect your items. We have limited storage space and are not responsible for items beyond that time.
Do you offer delivery?
We do! Delivery is curbside and contactless which means we will bring it to your address and you are responsible for bringing it into your home. We will not navigate stairs unless this has been disclosed to us. Delivery fees start at $65.
Do you assemble furniture?
We do! We’ve been assembling furniture for years, particularly that pesky Ikea stuff with the wordless instructions. We know it can be Greek to a lot of people but it’s easy for us. For $45/hr, let us take away the hassle of assembly.
Can I return it if I don’t like it?
We cannot accept returns on any special order items. In the rare instance where the shipper has sent the wrong item, we do our best to resolve the matter. Please note, if the item received is the item requested on your order form but not what you intended to order (mistakes happen!) we are not responsible in any way and will not accept it as a return nor refund any money. For this reason, please take care in filling out your order form and double check your item numbers and product descriptions.
Only part of my order arrived, can I wait to collect?
Sometimes parts of orders get separated, and it can be a hassle - we know. However due to our limited storage space we ask you collect the items which have arrived within 3 days of being notified. We simply don’t have room to keep partial orders until the rest of it arrives. Usually the rest of the order will be on the next container, not far behind, so in most cases you wont be waiting long!
If there is going to be a long wait between items, we will let you know. Generally this is out of our control and comes down to the shipping companies. Sometimes part of an order will arrive to our warehouse damaged and we will not accept it. In this case we will let you know we’re in the process of getting you a replacement item or part and if this changes our arrival estimate.
